We wish to inform you that Regulation (EU) 679/2016) provides for the protection of persons and other subjects regarding personal data processing. On the basis of the mentioned law, such processing will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and the protection of your privacy and your rights.
The personal data you spontaneously provide will be processed to fulfil your requests, answer your questions, by filling out the contact form. Furthermore, data is processed for commercial and marketing purposes, also through the use of your e-mail coordinates or other contact data provided by you.
Navigation data
During their normal operation, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire certain personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. This information is not collected with the intent of associating it with identified users but, by its nature, it may lead to the identification of users through processing and association with data held by third parties. This category includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used to connect to the website, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, time of the request, method used to submit the request to the server, size of the file obtained in response, numerical code indicating the server response status (successful, error etc.) and other parameters pertaining to the user's operating system and IT environment. These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information about the use of the Website and to check that it functions correctly; they are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes detrimental to the site.
Cookies
Cookies are fragments of text sent by the software that manages the site to the user/visitor's personal computer. A cookie may contain information such as the user's id, which the site uses to check the pages visited, but the only personal information that a cookie can contain are those provided by the user: in any case it is reiterated that no personal data of users is acquired from the site and cookies are not used to transmit information of a personal nature, nor are so-called persistent cookies of any kind or systems for tracing users. This site is also registered in google analitycs for the sole purpose of collecting statistical navigation data. All data collected is anonymous and is not used for other purposes. If the site is the subject of promotional and webmarketing activities, the additional cookies are related to the circuit used for the same (i.e. google adwords) but profiling cookies are not used under any circumstance. Finally, if buttons or "social" modules are activated on the site, any additional cookies present are those of the respective channels.

The data will be kept for the time necessary to execute your request, according to the current regulations, as well as for commercial and permanent marketing purposes, consistent with the commercial dynamics connected to the nature of the product.
Nature of data provision
The provision of data is mandatory to send a request via email to Cafiero S.r.l. and any refusal to provide such data has no consequence.
The consent for subsequent commercial and marketing purposes can be denied without this causing any burden or damage to the data subject.

In relation to the purposes indicated above, the processing of personal data is carried out using computerised tools using logic strictly related to the purposes intended and, in any case, in such a way as to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data according to current regulations.
Communication of data
Personal data and related processing will be communicated to companies for economic activities (commercial, management, information systems management, insurance, banking or non-banking intermediation, factoring, shipment management, enveloping and sending correspondence, management and credit protection) or for the fulfilment of legal provisions (accounting firms, lawyers). The data will not be disclosed.
The data may circulate within the Data Controller company within the limits of what is necessary for the pursuit of the purposes indicated above and in any case in compliance with the security measures necessary to prevent data loss or disclosure.
Data subject rights
At any time the data subject can exercise the rights referred to in articles 15 and following of European Regulation no. 679/2016 and precisely: the right to know if your personal data is being processed and therefore to know its content and origin, to verify its accuracy or request its integration, deletion, limitation, updating, rectification, transformation into anonymous form or blocking, as well as the right to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their processing and to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data.
Processing consent can be revoked at any time, determining the interruption of the processing.
